✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations in the moulding department across shifts.
• Operate and set up 2K injection moulding machines.
• Ensure production output and quality meet customer specifications.
• Identify and resolve process defects through root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with maintenance/tooling to reduce machine downtime.
• Track and improve KPIs like cycle time, rejection %, and OEE.
• Lead and train operators and technicians on shopfloor practices.
• Drive 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of moulding materials (PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.).
• Familiarity with QMS / IATF / ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in production planning, people management, and continuous improvement.

💼 Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 automotive clients.
• Capable of managing a fast-paced production floor.
• Able to handle shift operations and team leadership.
