Urgent Hiring for Warehouse Manager (AM/DM) at Export Warehouse of leading OEM (Maruti Suzuki)

Location: Becharaji, Gujarat

Qualification&Experience: B.Tech & 6 to 10 Yrs

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Maintaining Export Quality levels in Warehouse
2. Picking and dispatch as per customer requirements
3. Perpetual/Annual Inventory, variance reporting and countermeasures to reduce variance
4. Ensuring Export discrepancies at 0 level
5. Knowledge of CHAs and Export Packaging
6. Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations.
7. Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards
8. Record keeping of operational facts and
figures.
9. MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders. 10. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
11. Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs
12. Safety – Statutory Compliance, Reduce Safety incident up to zero level.

Other skills:
1. Knowledge of ERP system
2. Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint)
3. Knowledge of safety at work place
