📌 Position Details
- Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – Customer Quality Assurance (CQA)

Only candidates with direct OEM customer quality handling experience will be considered.
Applications unrelated to Customer Quality will not be entertained.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle OEM quality complaints (OE line & warranty-related).
- Create and present 8D reports to customers like Ashok Leyland, Force Motors, etc.
- Liaise with customer engineers for onsite analysis and technical discussions.
- Review customer scorecards, analyze trends, and initiate improvements.
- Track and control COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) – especially external failures.
- Maintain CAPA records, ensure timely audits, and compile monthly quality metrics.
- Participate in customer audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Perform field investigations and joint visits for warranty claims.
- Conduct trend analysis of failures and recommend preventive measures.
- Develop strong working relationships with OEM quality teams.
🧠 Key Skills Required
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Hindi proficiency preferred
- Strong in PowerPoint & Excel (data presentation & reporting)
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to manage direct OEM interactions
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in Tier-1 automotive manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with OEM quality expectations
- Willing to travel to OEM sites for investigation or audits
